Note:- Students Have To Fill This Library Ticket With Their Recent Passport Size Photo And It Should Be Signed By The Librarian.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. User must carry Library User Ticket at the time of taking books from the library.
2. User should be given one or two books at a time.Pl do not ask for more.
3. User should have to follow library rules strictly.
4. User must maintain peace and discipline inside the library.
5. User should have to cooperate with library staff.
