How And When To Use The Library

Students Are Hereby Strictly Informed To Follow Following Rules And Regulations While Using The Library Facilities.

Library Timings

Library will remain open as per following days and time schedule:-

1st to 7th and 15th to 21st Date of Month – 10:45 AM to 02:45 PM and 02:45 PM to 05:45 PM

8th to 14th and 22nd to 31st – 10.45 a.m. to 13.45 and 14.45 p.m. to 15.15 p.m.

Library will remain close on public holidays and on 2nd and 4th Saturday of the week.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:

Students will be liable to pay fine in case of failure to return books Within 14 days.

Students should wear their I Card strictly in the library as well as institution premise.

Students should have to enter their name and other details in the Library User Register compulsorily.

Students may issue one book at a time and keep it for 14 days for home reading.

Students are not allowed to keep library books in vacations periods.

-Students should have to pay fine 01/- (one rupee) per day in case of delay return of library books.

Students should have to pay full amount of cost of books along with delay charges in case of loss of library books

Students should maintain peace and silence in the library premise at any cost.

Students should not allow to use their mobile phone in the library premise.

Students should have to maintain discipline in the library premise

Students should be charged with due fine in case of damage of wall and other furniture of the library.

Breach of above instructions may result in restriction of further entry and use of library service in future

RULES FOR READING ROOMS:

Students should have to use Reading Room for Study purpose only.

Students should not eat, chat or use their leisure time in reading room.

Students should not be allowed to use their mobile phone inside the reading room and library premise.

Students should have to maintain silence and peace inside the reading room and library premise strictly.

Students should maintain cleanness and disciplines in the Reading Room.

Students should not be allowed to damage any wall and any furniture in the Reading Room.

Students should have to wear their Students I Card compulsorily in the library.

Students should be punished for breach of above instructions and be restricted from using Reading Room further.

Before leaving the Reading Room, students must have to rearrange chairs in good way and switch off the fans and lights properly.
